Born in Brooklyn, New York, Joe has spent his entire adult life in Syracuse, where he attended school, raised his family, and built his law practice. Joe received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University in 1965, where he was a member of the varsity football and baseball teams. In 1968, Joe earned his law degree from the Syracuse University College of Law, where he was a Brady Memorial Scholar.
After his service in the U.S. Army, Joe returned to the practice of law. He focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, business law, trusts and estates, and related matters. Joe prides himself on his devotion to the needs of his clients. He has been an active participant in business, charitable and other non-profit organizations including the Syracuse Chargers, Housing Visions and the American Red Cross.
Joe resides in Fayetteville, New York with his wife, Nancy.
